About the Role

Reporting directly to the Pharmacy Manager, you will oversee day‑to‑day operations and lead a dedicated team of Pharmacists at Slade Pharmacy Northside. This is a hands‑on leadership role where your expertise and guidance will ensure exceptional service and clinical excellence.

Key responsibilities

- Provide clinical leadership and mentoring to Pharmacists, Interns and Students

- Manage daily operations and dispensing activities

- Lead, train, and support your team

- Review and develop clinical and operational practices and procedures

- Coordinate rostering and workforce planning

- Drive continuous improvement in pharmacy services

- Oversee financial and HR management

About You

You are an experienced Pharmacist with proven leadership skills. You bring an acan‑do attitude and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for growth and development.

Essential requirements

- Minimum 5-years’ Pharmacist experience

- Excellent planning, organisational, and communication abilities

- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role

- Australian working rights, valid for at least 12‑months from commencement of role

Desirable skills & experience

- Clinical and/or oncology pharmacy experience
