Houseman & Public Area Cleaner – Synergy Broadbeach

Join a dynamic team in a proactive, hands-on role

Synergy Broadbeach is looking for an experienced Houseman & Public Area Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our resort. This is an autonomous role, perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail, a 'can-do' attitude, and a proactive work ethic.

Must be available 7 days a week. Shifts will either start at 4:45 am or 9:00 am.

What We're Looking For:

Previous cleaning experience in a Resort, Hotel, or Strata environment (preferred)

A well-presented, reliable team player who can work efficiently and independently

Full working rights in Australia (no visa conditions)

A strong customer service focus

Your Role Includes:

  • Public Area Cleaning
  • Maintain cleanliness of reception areas & back office
  • Detailed cleaning of three lifts
  • Cleaning and upkeep of three car park foyers (vacuuming, mopping, emptying bins)
  • Window cleaning & pressure washing
  • Operating a small tractor to move commercial bins
  • Cleaning pool, spa, gym, BBQ areas & restrooms
  • Vacuuming high-rise foyers and managing rubbish collection from refuse rooms
  • Houseman Responsibilities
  • Inspect and prepare units before guest arrivals
  • Ensure all maintenance standards are met
  • Clean windows and balconies
  • Replace any missing unit items
  • Distribute cots & rollaway beds as required
  • Air freshen units for a welcoming atmosphere
