Disability Support Workers – Brisbane (Southeast) - Casual

Lifestyle Solutions is seeking compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our team in Southeast Brisbane.

About the Role:

Supported Independent Living

  • 24/7 support including inactive night shifts (sleepovers)
  • Includes personal care responsibilities
  • Use of personal vehicle required (kilometres reimbursed)
  • Opportunities to pick up additional shifts across multiple sites

Key Responsibilities

  • Support individuals to achieve personal goals and access the community
  • Promote independence, wellbeing, and safety
  • Follow behaviour support plans and health protocols
  • Collaborate with your team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting

We're Looking For

  • Desirable - Certificate III or IV in Disability (or other relevant to the industry) or previous experience in a similar role
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check, National Police Check, and Working with Children Check (as applicable) or ability to obtain
  • Valid full driver's licence and fully insured personal vehicle
  • First Aid/CPR Certificate
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
