The role

As a recruiter at Randstad, you're not just matching candidates with jobs-you're building careers and driving business growth. You'll work closely with clients and candidates to understand their needs, build strong relationships, and negotiate placements that benefit both parties. Responsibilities

  • Nurture and strengthen client relationships to understand and fulfill their recruitment requirements effectively.
  • Proactively identify and acquire new clients through strategic business development initiatives.
  • Source, assess, and place exceptional candidates in roles that align with their skills and aspirations.
  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Facilitate seamless interview and placement processes between candidates and employers, ensuring successful matches.

About you

  • A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment is essential for this role
  • You should be driven by a passion for delivering tailored recruitment solutions that meet clients needs
  • A strong enthusiasm for business development is crucial
  • As a positive and team-oriented individual, you will possess exceptional interpersonal skills that foster strong relationships.
  • You are a high achiever with a competitive spirit, thriving in a fast-paced sales environment where success is measured by results.
