Narrandera New South Wales, Australia APG Workforce Full time

APG Workforce are seeking a skilled Finishing Grader Operator to join the Transport for NSW team.

You'll be responsible for operating graders to precise finishing tolerances, ensuring work is completed safely and to required standards. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of road construction techniques and the ability to coordinate with other plant operators and crew members on site.Location: Narrandera / Wagga / Yass, NSW

Start Date: ASAP | Duration: 6-month contract (potential extension)

Pay Rate: $47.87 per hour + super (PAYG)

Hours: 76 hours per fortnight | 8.5-hour days | 10-on / 4-off roster with overtime

Work Structure: 9-day fortnight

Key Requirements

  • Confident operating a grader to finishing level standards
  • Sound understanding of roadwork and civil construction practices
  • Ability to monitor and guide other operators and site staff
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality outcomes

Licences & Tickets

  • White Card (Essential)
  • WOF (Essential)
  • C Class Driver's Licence or above
  • Traffic Control (Blue) ticket – or willingness to obtain
