The Opportunity

We're seeking skilled Civil Plant Operators to join our team including Excavator Operators, Compactor Operators and Dump Truck Operators, working on major projects in Sydney's Northwest and Southwest. This is a full-time, permanent role offering long-term stability and a strong pipeline of work. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plant Operations: Ability to operate machinery such as Excavators, Dump Trucks, Compactors, Graders or Scrapers with precision and efficiency.
  • Machine Maintenance: Conduct daily maintenance checks, including oil levels and greasing.
  • Clean & Tidy Equipment: Ensure the machine is kept clean and well-organised at all times.
  • Assist with other site duties as needed to ensure project timelines are met.

What We're Looking For:

  • Demonstrated experience operating one or more of the following machines: Excavators, Dump Trucks or Compactors
  • Understanding of machinery operations within the civil construction industry
  • Capability to perform daily maintenance and servicing of machinery
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team
  • A construction white card
  • Valid Driver's Licence with flexibility to travel between job sites
  • Strong commitment to health, safety, environment and quality standards
  • A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to use initiative 
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
