An exciting opportunity has opened at our Wilson office for a front of house Receptionist/Office Administration (Junior). We envisage the successful applicant to be outgoing, personable, highly motivated, well-groomed and thrive on providing outstanding customer service.

The Position
- Front Desk Reception - Greet all clients in a positive manner
- Monday - Friday
- Answering and assisting with enquiries, direct calls and emails
- Administration support to rental and sales teams
- General administration duties including filing, photocopying and scanning
- This role involves a diverse range of duties and ongoing training and support
Skills & Experience
- Real Estate experience preferred but not essential
- Professional presentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A positive attitude and team player
- Confidence & exceptional telephone manner & customer service skills
- Multi-task and prioritise your workload
- Highly motivated & hard working
