The Role
This is a hybrid role where you'll deliver high-quality PT sessions while helping drive the growth of the studio.
You'll be responsible for:
- Delivering 20–25 one-on-one Personal Training sessions per week
- Managing new client enquiries, consultations, and sign-ups
- Leading local marketing and community outreach initiatives
- Creating and posting engaging social media content
- Working to clear KPIs and supporting overall business success
- Playing a key role in the leadership team and business planning
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who wants more than just session delivery.
You'll need:
- Certificate IV in Fitness (essential)
- Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
- Confidence using social media to generate leads
- High energy, accountability, and a genuine interest in people
- Current First Aid/CPR and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
What's In It For You
- $40–$47.50/hour during your fully paid 12-week onboarding
- After onboarding: $60K base salary + uncapped commission and performance bonuses
- Long-term career pathway to Studio Manager and Franchise Owner ($120K–$250K+)
- 100+ hours of paid development in your first 3 months
- No rent to pay - we cover admin, insurance, tax and super
