The role

We are seeking a motivated, friendly, and driven individual to join our team in the role of Service Administrator. In this role you will work collaboratively with Tennant customers and our service teams to provide administration support.
Based at our facility at Horsley Park and reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will support our service team using our internal systems including SAP, phone, and Outlook, with all admin requests to ensure our technicians can focus on their role.

Responsibilities;
· Process rental invoices, contracts, and equipment returns
· Support finance team with payment investigations and credit requests
· Create, update, and manage service contracts and lease agreements
· Report on both rental & service contracts approaching expiry and coordinate renewals with sales/service teams
· Distribute updated pricing, program information, and share process changes with staff/customers
· Review and follow up on outstanding backorders with inventory team
· Maintain and communicate update service processes and procedures
· Manage AMR customer accounts, subscriptions, and software updates
· Maintain technician territories, inductions, and site requirements in SAP
· Provide administrative support across Service, Recon, and Customer Care teams
· Ensure cross functional support with other service administrator to cover leave periods
Required Skills;
- Minimum of 2 years prior experience in a service administration role or similar
- Experience within a similar industry advantageous
- Strong customer service/interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Suite of Products specifically in excel & outlook to intermediate level
- Previous experience with SAP / Service module software or similar ERP system is a definite advantage
- Excellent planning & organization skills with the ability to prioritize workload to ensure it is completed within the expected time frame
- Communicates well & is able to articulate themselves both in written & in a verbal forum
Motivated and self-directed
Hold a current drivers license as public transport is limited within our new industrial estate
