We are looking for two talented Service Administrators to join our Wetherill Park Service team .

We have two open opportunities for this role.

This is parental leave cover contract running ideally from late August/ early September 2025 for 9 months. The role is part-time and onsite, working 7.6hour days, 3 days per week, 22.8hours per week.

Roster 1 is Monday Tuesday and Friday, and Roster 2 is Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Coordinate all aspects of service administration, including opening work orders
  • Manage service invoicing, job closures, and purchasing processes including purchase orders and accounts payable
  • Accurately process labour entries and support WIP/PIP management aligned with KPIs
  • Collaborate with internal departments and Customer Service Advisors to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Balance multiple tasks and deadlines while supporting branch and corporate performance targets
  • Provide backup support for the admin team during breaks, leave, or peak workload periods

Responsibilities

To be successful in this role you will need the following:
  • Proven significant experience in fast-paced customer service, handling diverse inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with customers and stakeholders effectively
  • Exceptional organizational skills, prioritizing conflicting tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and expectations
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Suite; training provided on other programs
  • Administrative skills in a service industry are beneficial
  • Technical Experience is beneficial

Qualifications

This job number is specifically for the roster of Monday, Tuesday and Friday.
