The Chocolate Box is a family owned business which started in Camberwell, Victoria in 1958. With a lovely rich history, it is a place where you share in the discovery of chocolate and other yummy treats. We want customers to experience every drizzle of chocolate, the sight, taste, sound and smells, a wonderful sensory experience. With in-store theatre, customers are offered opportunities to explore the full product range from smooth milk to decadent dark and everything in between.

We are looking for motivated Casual Team Members to work in our busy SYDNEY DOMESTIC AIRPORT stores. 2-5 shifts across 7 day roster.

About the Roles

We are searching for Brand Ambassadors who not only love chocolate, but who are also driven to deliver exceptional and personalised customer service each and every time.

The Perfect Profile

  • 2+ years experience working in a fast paced, high volume retail sales environment or hospitality
  • Motivated and reliable individuals
  • Flexibility to work retail hours across the 7 days of the week including late nights, early mornings and weekends
  • An eye for detail and visual merchandising standards
  • Vibrant personality and focused on delivering the best shopping experience
  • Love working in a team
  • Reliable transport to commute to airport for early starts (06.00am) or late finishes (9.00pm) - preferably live within close proximity to the Airport
  • Permanent resident or hold FULL Working Visa without limitations.
  • Working hours not to conflict with student commitments
