About the Role

We're looking for a confident and proactive Administrative Support Officer to join our onboarding and servicing department. This is a permanent full-time role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multi-tasking, and values being part of a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming calls and emails relating to resident onboarding and service inquiries

  • Coordinate job bookings between internal technicians and external subcontractors

  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders including residents, management teams, and colleagues

  • Resolve customer queries with professionalism and empathy

  • Process new resident telecommunications connections

  • Update and maintain service job records using our management software

  • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements

About You

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an administration role, preferably within a service-focused environment

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

  • A positive, vibrant personality and a commitment to excellent customer service

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and process-driven

  • Looking for stable, long-term employment
