Location: Bayswater North, VIC, Australia

Employment Type: Part-Time (4 days a week)

About Us:
Sugar Rush by Steph is a fun and vibrant cookie business specializing in custom-designed cookies for all occasions. We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented team member to join our Cookie Crew and assist with various tasks, from packaging and dispatch to occasional cookie decorating

Role & Responsibilities:

- Assist with dispatch, packaging, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide ad-hoc assistance with cookie decorating (no prior experience required, full training provided).
- Maintain an organised and efficient work environment.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily and weekly production goals.

- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Someone with great attention to detail and a passion for creative work.
- Prior work experience is preferred but not essential—we provide full training
- Reliable availability for 4 days a week.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $23.23 - $26.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Christmas bonus
- Performance bonus
