Your Role

We're seeking a hands-on, multi-skilled Operations Supervisor to lead our team at Kemps Creek. In this role, you'll oversee daily recycling operations, supervise operators and machinery, and ensure efficient and safe processing of materials. You'll also get involved on the ground—jumping on machinery as needed to keep things running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supervise & operate excavators, loaders, haul trucks, shredders, and screens.
  • Manage screening, segregation, and processing of waste materials.
  • Communicate with customers and coordinate site activities.
  • Perform basic inspections and organise maintenance.
  • Working Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, with overtime available.
  • Saturday work may occasionally be required.

About you

  • Minimum 2 years' experience operating heavy machinery in a fast-paced waste or recycling environment.
  • Confident working independently and leading by example.
  • Strong safety focus and excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Flexible, organised and detail oriented.
  • A positive, team-first attitude.
  • Have a drivers licence and reliable transport – MR licence preferred (but not essential).
  • Ability to pass a medical & regular drug & alcohol testing
