About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HV Truck Electrician to join our team at Electric Truck Services Pty Ltd in Blackwater, Queensland. This full-time role even time roster day shift only, where you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a small fleet of electric drive trucks.

What you'll be doing

  • Diagnose, repair and maintain the electrical systems
  • Carry out scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues.
  • Collaborate with the wider maintenance team to ensure all vehicles and equipment are in optimal working condition
  • Maintain detailed records of all work performed and parts used
  • Adhere to all relevant safety standards and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a HV Truck Electrician, preferably within the mining or resources sector
  • Excellent knowledge of heavy vehicle electrical systems and diagnostic equipment
  • Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to safety and a strong safety-first mindset
  • Relevant trade qualifications
