We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to join our team in Newcastle. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide essential support to individuals within the community, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
  • Support clients in social participation, community outings, and medical appointments.
  • Develop and implement tailored support plans based on individual client needs.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Availability: Minimum of 3 days per week, Monday to Friday.
  • NDIS Clearance: Current NDIS Worker Screening Check is mandatory.
  • Orientation Module: Completion of the NDIS Orientation Module.
  • First Aid and CPR Certification: Valid certification required.
  • Relevant Qualifications: Certificate III in Aged Care, or equivalent.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license.
  • Vehicle: Access to a reliable car with full comprehensive insurance.
