What you'll do

  • Build and run
    schema-based prompts
    with strict rules (hooks, causal escalations, product tie-ins).
  • Apply
    anti-overlap systems
    so no script or gag repeats.
  • Generate at scale, then
    curate ruthlessly
    (bin the weak, ship the sharp).
  • Inject
    cultural references
    (suburbs, slang, scandals, local quirks) to keep content relevant.
  • Feed learnings back into the system to evolve prompts over time.

What you'll learn

  • How to turn AI from a toy into a
    repeatable content factory
    .
  • Guardrails and constraints that keep outputs sharp instead of generic.
  • Workflow automation (n8n), prompt engineering at scale, and data-backed curation.
  • How cultural references + structure = consistently funny, relevant outputs.

What we expect

  • Curiosity for culture, memes, and internet behaviour.
  • Ability to work within strict frameworks (schema, constraints, dedupe rules).
  • Comfort with AI tools; bonus if you know automation or databases.
  • Willingness to throw away 80% of drafts to find the top 20%.
