The Role
To help in our mission to continue being the best in what we do, Storage King is currently seeking a Relief Store Manager in a part time role to join our business.

Relief Store managers are key in the day-to-day management of the operation, including overall responsibility for customer service, end-to-end store management, including overall facilities management. No two days are the same in this role. Being a Relief Store Manager at Storage King is as exciting as it is rewarding.

This role will involve a roster across a variety of locations in a given region to assist the Store Management team in covering gaps in rosters. This role requires a very adaptable person who enjoys a changing environment and is happy to travel.

Working Hours
Part time - Monday, Friday and Saturday

20 hours per week

No late nights or public holidays.

Primary locations are:

• Pimpama
• Ashmore
• Tweed Heads
• Kingscliffe

A $2,500 car allowance is provided to assist with travel costs.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Ideal if you have a retail, sales or hospitality background
• A passion for delivering customer service excellence, with an above and beyond attitude and work ethic
• An enthusiastic team player, always wanting to exceed expectations
• Be goal orientated and results-driven
• Be computer literate, with good email and have confident telephone communication skills
• High level of attention to detail across all tasks
• Enjoy problem-solving and taking ownership of tasks
• Current full driver's license and access to vehicle
• Forklift license desirable but not essential
• Ability to work on Saturdays when required
