We're looking for a committed and compassionate Educational & Developmental Psychologist or Senior Social Worker to join the Wellbeing & Engagement Team at MacKillop Education's Specialist School P–12 – a vibrant learning community grounded in Catholic ethos and values. Reporting directly to the Principal, you'll be part of a team that believes in the transformative power of education to unlock every student's potential.

This is a Permanent Full-Time opportunity based in Caulfield, VIC within our MacKillop Education Caulfield (MacKillop Specialist School). The position reports to the Campus Principal.
Key Selection Criteria:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal culture and values and an awareness of the current issues faced by Aboriginal children, young people and their families.
- Practice knowledge relevant to working with students and families who have experienced complex trauma, and the ability to provide therapeutic assessments and trauma informed interventions.
- A well-developed understanding of social/emotional and cognitive disabilities and an ability to assist others to understand their associated implications.
- Psychology qualification (Master or Doctorate level) preferred, or a relevant degree in Social Work.
