SA Plant Co is a proud division of Virginia Nursery Pty Ltd, based in Adelaide's northern suburbs, a region which is growing as quickly as our seedlings As a long-standing, family-owned and operated business, we specialise in the production and supply of wholesale vegetable seedlings to growers across South Australia and interstate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, lead, and motivate a team in the day-to-day responsibilities
  • Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback
  • Order picking and preparation for dispatch
  • Active involvement in daily nursery operations
  • Coordinating deliveries and pickups
  • Monitoring and maintaining the health and quality of vegetable seedlings
  • Stock replenishment and organisation
  • Upholding high hygiene and biosecurity standards
  • Contributing to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
  • Performing basic general maintenance as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Clear and enthusiastic communication skills
  • Reliability and strong work ethic
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
  • Physically fit and capable of working outdoors
  • Forklift licence (preferred, but not essential)
  • Current driver's licence (required)
