About the Role

We're seeking a reliable and experienced
High-Level Order Picker
with a valid LO licence to join a busy warehouse team. This is a hands-on role in a supportive environment, ideal for someone who values accuracy, safety, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate high reach forklifts and LO order pickers for stock movement and storage
  • Manual picking and packing of customer orders with strong attention to detail
  • Load and unload trucks and containers safely and efficiently
  • Accept deliveries, unpack, sort, and check goods for quality and quantity
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stocktakes
  • General housekeeping and maintaining warehouse cleanliness
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets

What We're Looking For

  • Valid LO and LF forklift licences
  • Minimum 3 year's experience operating high reach forklifts
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling (up to kg)
  • Strong numeracy and communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Experience with Dangerous Goods and HACCP (preferred)
  • Able to pass a National Police Check
  • Two contactable references
  • Australian/NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident
