The Company

Trippas White Group is one of Australia's leading restaurant, cafe and event companies, managing a diverse portfolio of unique venues, providing hospitality services to a host of high profile and prestigious organisations.

The Venue

Perched on the edge of the escarpment, Echo Point precinct has sweeping panoramic views of the southern Blue Mountains, Kanangra-Boyd Wilderness and the iconic Three Sisters. We are seeking a casual cook to join our kitchen team.

You

  • Ability to provide 5 star quality hospitality service
  • Can work unsupervised at times as well as be part of a team
  • Prepared to work across multi outlets including café service, restaurant, events &  large functions
  • Flexible availability during weekday and weekend
  • A working understanding of Food safety Standards, experience of HACCP advantageous
