As our company continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Tenders Manager to take ownership of the full tendering process — from identifying new opportunities to preparing and submitting winning bids.


About the Role

You will be responsible for sourcing, managing, and preparing tenders across cleaning, housekeeping, and facilities management sectors. This includes daily monitoring of tender portals and preparing high-quality submissions that showcase Capital Cleaning Group's capabilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying cleaning and housekeeping tenders through government and private tender portals.
  • Managing the tender process from initial review to final submission.
  • Writing, editing, and preparing detailed tender responses, pricing, and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinating with management to produce competitive and professional proposals.
  • Maintaining accurate tender records and submission schedules.

About You

Only candidates with proven tender management experience will be considered.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing and writing tenders — ideally in cleaning, facilities management, or a related industry.
  • Strong written communication and document preparation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience using Australian tender platforms such as AusTender, ACT Tenders, and VendorPanel, Tender Link,
  • A proactive and organised approach with a focus on quality and accountability.
