About the role
The Sunshine Coast's best in-home clinical service is growing and is looking for talented and driven Community Physiotherapists to join our dedicated In-Home Nursing Team team.
As a part-time Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive, high-quality Physiotherapy services to the local community. With a focus on improving the overall health and well-being of our clients, this is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact and contribute to the growth and success of our organisation. My Community Health supports client referrals from private, aged care and NDIS sectors.

What you'll be doing
- Conduct thorough initial assessments to develop customised treatment plans for each client.
- Deliver a range of physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation programs
- Collaborate with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless, coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations
- Participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities to stay informed of industry best practices
- Champion a client-centred approach, advocating for the unique needs and goals of each individual
What we're looking for
- Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Minimum 2 years' experience working as a physiotherapist, preferably in a community or outpatient setting
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and build strong relationships with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to evidence-based practice
- Passion for promoting health, wellbeing, and independence in the local community
- Flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Must have Australian working rights
