We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Physiotherapist to join our team and make a significant difference in the lives of those we support.

Summary

\Neta Care Holistic Health Services is seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will assess, plan, and deliver physiotherapy services to individuals across the lifespan with a range of physical, neurological, and developmental needs. You will design and implement tailored therapy programs, collaborate closely with families and allied health professionals, and provide strategies that promote independence, mobility, and improved quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver clinical services with a sustainable Therapy Hour target of 25 hours per week.

o Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments for clients with diverse needs.

o Develop and implement individualised therapy plans, focusing on functional outcomes.

o Provide therapy to support mobility, strength, balance, and overall physical well-being.

o Prescribe and monitor appropriate assistive technology and mobility equipment.

o Collaborate with other professionals (e.g., occupational therapists, speech pathologists, psychologists, support workers) to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

o Support families and caregivers with education, training, and strategies to assist clients in achieving their goals.

o Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in line with ethical and legal standards.

o Stay up-to-date with best practices, new research, and developments in physiotherapy and related fields.
