Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee design management and coordination across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring consistency and quality in design delivery.

-Lead client coordination and liaison, acting as the primary point of contact for all design-related communications and approvals.

-Mentor and support junior team members, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing within the design team.

-Develop consultant scopes of services in alignment with the Project Brief, contract requirements, and overall project objectives.

-Develop and manage detailed Design Programs, ensuring milestones are met and aligned with broader project timelines.

-Implement and oversee the Safety in Design (SiD) process, ensuring compliance with WHS legislation and project-specific risk mitigation strategies.

-Liaise with statutory authorities to manage approvals, ensure regulatory compliance, and resolve planning or design-related issues.

-Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D.

Desirable:

-Tertiary qualification in construction management, architecture, or engineering (preferred)

-Previous experience working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 builders (preferred)

-The ideal person will need 5 -10 years project management experience in façade industry.
