Your new role

As the Design Manager, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of six engineers across electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation disciplines. Your primary focus will be overseeing the design and integration of systems that support a range of critical infrastructure projects. You'll play a key role in project planning, technical oversight, and team development, and ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet client and regulatory expectations.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in a design leadership role within civil infrastructure, rail, water, wastewater, or related infrastructure sectors.
  • A Bachelor's in engineering (either electrical, mechanical or instrumentation) as well as RPEQ accreditation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a team of engineers across multiple disciplines.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
