
Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist will drive high-quality lead generation, manage paid advertising campaigns, coordinate studio launches, maintain website performance, and provide data-driven insights. They will work closely with the Brand & Marketing Manager and franchisees to ensure all marketing initiatives align with brand messaging and studio growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities1. Paid Advertising (Meta, Google, Retargeting)
- Plan, set up, and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to drive high-quality leads for both existing and new studios.
- Develop audience targeting strategies, including retargeting campaigns to re-engage warm leads.
- Create ad copy, creative briefs, and assets that align with the Wildsoul Wellness brand voice and visual identity.
- Continuously optimise campaigns based on performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and lead quality.
- Monitor ad spend to ensure campaigns deliver maximum ROI within budget.
2. CRM & Automation (Zipleads)
- Build and manage lead forms for campaigns, studio websites, and social media integrations.
- Create and optimise automated workflows within Zipleads to streamline lead nurturing and follow-up processes.
- Ensure accurate lead tracking and data hygiene across all CRM pipelines.
- Support franchisees in understanding and using lead tracking tools effectively.
3. Website Management
- Ensure WordPress webpages are up-to-date, SEO optimised, and aligned with brand messaging.
- Upload and format blogs and other website content as requested.
Website Tracking & Analytics
Implement and manage tracking tools such as Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and Google Tag Manager to monitor user behaviour, form submissions, and campaign performance.
- Track important website events including timetable clicks, PDF downloads, video plays, and outbound link clicks.
- Create UTM parameters to attribute leads and conversions to campaigns and marketing channels.
- Generate reports on website performance, user behaviour, and lead conversions to optimise landing pages and support remarketing strategies.
4. Launch & Campaign Coordination
- Set up pre-sale campaigns for new studio openings, including ad campaigns, landing pages, and lead capture forms.
- Manage timelines to ensure all launch assets and ads go live on schedule.
- Liaise with franchisees to support their paid online local marketing efforts during opening phases.
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Actively monitor Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite performance on a daily and weekly basis, ensuring campaigns stay within allocated budgets while delivering optimal results.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and lead quality.
- Adjust targeting, bidding strategies, creative assets, and ad copy in real-time to improve results where necessary.
- Prepare and send weekly performance reports to the Brand & Marketing Manager, highlighting key trends, wins, and areas for improvement.
- Compile comprehensive monthly reports with detailed analysis, campaign comparisons, and actionable feedback.
- Present monthly performance findings to the Brand & Marketing Manager, including strategic recommendations for optimising spend, improving targeting, and maximising ROI in future campaigns.
- Maintain historical campaign data for trend analysis and long-term optimisation strategies.
6. Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with the Brand & Marketing Manager to ensure campaigns reflect our brand voice and messaging.
- Provide marketing insights to franchisees to help them understand campaign outcomes and improve lead follow-up.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure visuals and messaging are aligned with campaign objectives.
7. External Relationships
- Liaise with external partners as required.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a digital marketing role with proven success in paid advertising, CRM management, and campaign delivery.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics, or Data Analytics with Marketing focus or equivalent professional certifications such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Experience using AI tools to optimise performance and results
- Experience managing retargeting campaigns and lead generation funnels.
- Proficiency in Zipleads (or similar CRM systems) and marketing automation tools.
- Solid understanding of SEO and website management (wordpress or similar is required and basic HTML/CSS knowledge a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust campaigns accordingly.
