GRAPHIC LEAD

We're looking for a Graphic Lead who can raise the bar.

You're a designer and artist, through and through. You're a sucker for great art and design details, and notice these throughout your day-to-day. You're confident leading a concept, but you're just as comfortable jumping into Procreate to draw a floral board short, as you are diving into Figma to finesse an EDM.

This role sits across three distinct brands - Industrie, Indie Kids, and Roler - each with their own voice and approach to art and design. You'll be the creative force that brings briefs to life, lifts our team's output, and protects the quality of our work before it hits the wider business.

What you'll be doing:


• Bringing creative ideas to our biggest design problems


• Leading key design work across digital, retail, campaign and product


• Coaching and guiding other designers to push their creative output


• Reviewing work before it hits leadership for approval


• Working closely with Creative Stakeholders on campaigns, windows, and product launches


• Helping improve workflows, prioritise briefs, and set design standards

What we're looking for:


• A senior designer with 4+ years' experience, still hands-on and creatively ambitious


• A strong visual eye. You care about type, colour, layout, craft (and it shows)


• Experience across digital (EDMs, social, paid), campaign (retail, windows), and product design (illustration, labels, packaging)


• A confident communicator who's comfortable giving and receiving direct feedback


• Someone who gets it done - but knows when to push for something better


• Someone with product design background is a bonus
