About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Administration Officer to join our team at Farren Land Surveys Australia Pty Ltd in Footscray, Victoria. This part-time role will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth running of our office.
What you'll be doing
- Providing general administrative and clerical support, including data entry, filing, and answering phones
- Maintaining and updating office records and database using Workflow Max.
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Providing customer service support to clients regarding their Projects
- Project Managing Subdivision Applications
- Managing SPEAR
- Organize access to sites
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel. Workflow Max and Outlook
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
