What You'll Do
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred support to clients with complex needs
  • Assist with personal care, meal prep, daily living, and community activities
  • Help clients grow their independence and confidence
  • Manage behaviours of concern with professionalism, patience, and heart
  • Keep clear records and communicate effectively with families and teams

What You'll Bring

  • At least 1 year of experience in disability support
  • Certificate III or IV in Disability (or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of behaviour support plans
  • A calm, compassionate nature and great communication skills
  • Current First Aid, CPR, NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, Police Check, Driver's License, and reliable car
  • Medication Assistance Certificate

Bonus points if you know Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) principles or have residential/community experience
