What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assisting clients with personal care, including daily hygiene and getting dressed
  • Supporting household tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry
  • Taking clients grocery shopping and helping with errands
  • Transporting clients to medical appointments
  • Providing social support and encouraging participation in community and recreational activities
  • Offering emotional support and a listening ear

  • Compassionate, patient, and respectful
  • Positive and reliable
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in disability, mental health, or aged care is a plus, but not essential – we provide training

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $35.00 – $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week

Experience:

  • support worker: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • fluent English (Required)

Licence/Certification:

  • First Aid Certification (Required)
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module (Required)
  • National Police Certificate (Required)
  • Driver Licence (Required)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Card (formally known as a Yellow Card) (Required)

Work Authorisation:

  • Australia (Required)
