• Working knowledge of relevant automation and low-code trends, standards, practices


• Understanding of ERP, CRM, BPM/Workflow, Data Integration Architecture or EAI and/or applied knowledge of enterprise architecture, including data management.


• Experience with Appian custom development (e.g., language -Java)


• Familiarity with a range of automation and low-code platforms


• Experience leading teams and coaching junior staff


• Ability to provide insight based on experience on recommended actions.


• Industry experience in Financial Services preferred but not required


• Ability to navigate challenges posed by clients and highlight risks as well as solutions for mitigating risks identified.


• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.


• Developer Certification(s) to credentials your Appian experience, along with the motivation to keep learning more


• Ability to lead multiple engagements concurrently


• Good interpersonal and communication skills.


• Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements

· Work on enhancement, change request

· Collaborate and Mentor the junior resources to achieve the task

· Able to work on the task independently

· Adhere / Conduct / Participate in standard agile process

· Willing to provide support after office hours if needed

· Follow release management code deployment process to migrate the code changes
