Role: Senior Appian Developer

Location: Sydney

Role : Contract
  • Researching, analyzing, designing, estimating, planning, proposing, and delivering Appian solutions that are appropriate for the business and technology strategies
  • Manage key stakeholders - Collaborate with Product owners on translating business requirements and operational strategy into a long-term, executable solution plan and roadmap
  • Work with IT Leadership to keep solutions in alignment with the existing landscape and future IT roadmap
  • Be able to understand Pega implementation, codebase and be able to build similar functionalities in Appian
  • Experience on CI/CD Pipelines, Deployment methods and Integrations with external Systems
  • Experience on designing and building Appian Applications, meeting application Performance requirements
  • Experience in Agile methodologies, especially Scrum
  • Knowledge on Automation Testing, Appian RPA, Java, API and AI capabilities
  • Experience with public cloud platforms and application development platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, CGP, etc.)
  • Actively monitor new and emerging technologies, trends, practices, and solutions and assess their applicability to business initiatives and strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels
