About the role
We are looking for an experienced Onboarding Specialist to form part of our Banking Operations team servicing our customers. This role sits within our Customer Service team specialising in the area of receiving, analysing and processing of new and existing applications.
This role is pivotal to the growth of the business and your experience will be vital in making this role a success.
What you will bring
- Minimum 2 year's experience in similar role
- A strong understanding of Company and Trust structures
- Ability to interpret Trust Documents
- Experience in analysing and establishing UBOs
- KYC experience
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
