About the role

As a Senior Project Manager in our Digital Services team, you'll be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of complex and specialised digital projects. You'll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance. This role is central to driving governance, stakeholder satisfaction, and continuous improvement across the delivery function.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading project governance and delivery excellence across multiple initiatives
  • Managing financial performance, risk mitigation, and resource allocation
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders including vendors, contractors, and digital leaders
  • Driving a culture of integrity, collaboration, and curiosity
  • Reporting on project performance and strategic alignment to leadership
 
 

About you

You're a seasoned project leader with:

  • 10+ years of experience managing complex digital projects
  • PRINCE2 certification and strong proficiency in Microsoft Project and Office Suite
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proven ability to lead teams, mentor talent, and drive outcomes in dynamic environments
  • A passion for continuous improvement and delivering value across customer, client, and shareholder dimensions
