At IMDEX, we are committed to innovation and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a talented individual, based in Kalgoorlie, to take our client support and service delivery to the next level. As our Technical Service Representative, you will be at the forefront of our client engagement strategy, building strong relationships and ensuring our solutions deliver real value in the field.

• Executing established client contact plans to communicate product launches and support client engagement activities.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for client enquiries, troubleshooting complex issues, ensuring prompt and appropriate resolution.
• Developing tailored solutions based on a deep understanding of client pain points, aspirations, and overall business objectives.
• Providing feedback to product design and development teams to ensure our products continue to meet evolving client needs.
• Building and maintaining a strong professional network to promote our brand and enhance our reputation in the market.
• Identifying opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts by staying close to client needs and monitoring market and competitor trends.
• Using your technical expertise to recommend the right standard products, configurations, and services to address client challenges effectively.

To be successful

To thrive in this role, we're looking for someone who is passionate about solving problems, building relationships and driving results. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in either the resources, exploration or drilling industry. Training with IMDEX products will be provided. Additional requirements include:

• Demonstrated experience in a technical delivery role using mining technology to deliver results.
• Experience in a technical service, account management, or customer-facing role — ideally in mining, technology, or heavy industry.
• Strong ability to engage with clients, build trust, and uncover their true business challenges.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a proactive and professional approach.
• Commercial awareness and ability to spot opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites around the region.
