Maths Teacher

Your role:

  • Work under the guidance of the Head of Mathematics while collaborating with a team of highly competent, collegial and enthusiastic staff
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the new Year 7-10 Mathematics Curriculum from the NSW Educational Standards Authority (NESA)
  • Ability to teach Mathematics across Years 7 –12 (experience teaching Mathematics Extension 1 and 2 is desirable but not essential)
  • Create, implement, and continually refine engaging teaching and learning programs that cater to diverse student needs and promote critical thinking

  • be pastorally minded and comfortable with sharing their faith;
  • have an understanding of the wellbeing needs of adolescents; and,
  • be willing to actively contribute to the co-curricular life of the College.
