As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll play a key role in creating memorable moments for our guests — whether it's delivering standout service in the restaurant, preparing delicious beverages at the bar, or supporting kitchen operations. What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a food and beverage or hospitality environment
  • Confidence in mixing and serving alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages
  • A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and solid food safety knowledge
  • Barista experience and a genuine passion for great coffee
  • Commercial cookery skills and/or qualifications (preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills
  • Immaculate personal presentation
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Understanding of OH&S and food safety regulations
