Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate should have a passion for food and beverage service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Prepare and serve food and beverages
- Ensure that all food and beverages are served in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
- Follow all food safety and other policy and procedure guidelines
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- At least 1 years' experience working behind the bar
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol is a mandatory requirement
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, especially weekends and holidays
