Then, you could add value to our wonderful chiropractic practice Our family oriented chiropractic wellness centre is looking for an extraordinary chiropractic assistant/ receptionist to help us change lives in our practice. We are seeking a determined, no excuses team player to join us. We provide comprehensive training and team collaboration so you won't be left high and dry.

DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • 10-15 hours of casual work across 2-3 shifts

  • Assisting patients with filling out paperwork and any general inquiries

  • Assisting the chiropractor with note taking

  • Taking phone calls

  • Managing patient booking software

  • Managing patient financial accounts and plan end dates

  • Balance income/ cash drawer/ electronic accounts and prepare bank deposits

  • Manage Health insurance questions / Issues

- Handle requests for patient accounts and health information

  • Scan new patient paperwork into software system

  • Help with running reports and statics

  • General practice cleaning

  • Flexibility to cover shifts at our Highett and Frankston clinics
