Star Pharmacy Group was founded in 2003 by two passionate South Australian pharmacists and now operates more than 65 pharmacies across SA, QLD, WA, VIC and NSW. About The Role
As Retail Manager, you'll inspire your team and keep the retail division running smoothly. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Leading, motivating, and training the team
  • Delivering outstanding customer service and driving loyalty programs
  • Overseeing stock management, merchandising, and rosters
  • Recruiting and building strong, customer-focused teams
  • Promoting a positive workplace culture

About You
You're an experienced leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You'll bring:

  • Proven retail management experience with strong people leadership
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Results focus, with experience managing budgets, wages, and KPIs
  • Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

Bonus points
if you've worked in pharmacy or healthcare retail and/or hold an S2/S3 certificate.
