Synergie is seeking an entry level Civil Plant Operator and Civil Labourers to join us on the Sunshine Coast

This role is ideal for someone with a background in civil works, particularly road construction, who is looking to contribute to a dynamic team environment. The work is physically demanding and includes both day and night shifts, with weekend work as required. A strong work ethic, safety-first mindset, and adaptability are essential.

The important parts:

  • Role: Civil Construction Worker – Roller Operator / Labourers
  • Location: Sunshine Coast (RoadTek project)
  • Shifts: Day and night works, including weekends as required

Key Requirements:

  • Experience operating rollers and working in civil construction environments
  • RII Roller
  • Physically fit and capable of manual labour in varying conditions
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed
  • Strong work ethic, safety awareness, and positive attitude
  • Valid Queensland "C" class driver's license (MR/HR license advantageous)
  • Ability to work well within a high-performing civil crew
  • Willingness to participate in formal training and development programs
  • Pre-employment medical assessment required
