The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Conveyancer with a strong background in Queensland residential conveyancing to join our Fitzroy team. This role offers the chance to work with a forward-thinking firm that values work-life balance and efficiency—when the day ends at 5 pm, so do you—no catch-up calls, no overtime.

You'll handle end-to-end QLD conveyancing files, working with supportive colleagues and streamlined systems that make the job easier, not harder.

What You'll Do
  • Manage a portfolio of Queensland residential conveyancing files
  • Liaise with clients, agents, brokers, and other parties to ensure smooth transactions
  • Review contracts, conduct searches, and prepare for PEXA settlements
  • Work within our cloud-based systems and collaborate with our broader team across multiple states
