The Role
The Associate Manager Corporate Services (AMCS) assists the Manager Corporate Services (MCS) with the Schools Financial Performance, Promotions and Public Relations, Building and Assets, Human Resources, School and Student Administration and strategic operational input to the development of the College's workforce and business plans. The successful applicant should assist the MCS to lead operational enhancement, financial planning, strategic budgeting and ensures our built school environment continues to be a well-resourced, well maintained and an engaging context for teaching and learning.
The AMCS will have line management responsibility for School Officers, providing guidance, mentoring, and oversight to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery across the College's administrative functions. This includes coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, and implementing process improvements to enhance the effectiveness of the School Officer team.
The AMCS will ideally have developed conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify patterns, process improvements, problems and solutions and the ability to provide input to the development, implementation and monitoring of business and strategic plans. You will ideally model effective and quality customer and administrative support service delivery and use excellent interpersonal and communications skills to work in collaboration with the administration team, school support staff, our school community and teaching staff.
As the AMCS you would coordinate the provision of corporate services and operations aligned with school business targets and objectives and customer service principles and practices. You should design and implement procedures and processes which ensure financial integrity, recording, compliance, and reporting requirements of the school business operations.
