About the Role:

The purpose of the Business Partner role is to partner as an expert generalist with key stakeholders to provide support, guidance and solutions to people matters including performance, engagement, development and industrial and employee relation matters. A Business Partner is also responsible for aligning with the direction of Opal HealthCare and helping to create, drive and deliver on the People & Culture strategic initiatives.

About You:

  • 5–8 years' experience in Human Resources, including senior roles in talent management or leadership development
  • Proven track record as a strong People & Culture generalist
  • Extensive experience in Industrial and Employee Relations, particularly managing complex team member matters
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry/nursing profession
  • Experience building leadership capability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Note: This role does require some travel across the state of NSW Care Communities from time to time.
