Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Developer Programmer to join our growing team. As a Developer Programmer at the company, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining innovative digital solutions for our clients.

Duties:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and implement clients' requirements and design criteria.
  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications and systems to maintain optimal performance and security.
  • Write and maintain project-related technical documents, such as design documents, user manuals, etc., and ensure the accuracy and completeness of these documents.
  • Work closely with the team members to ensure project deadlines are met and client expectations are exceeded.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable discipline.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a Developer Programmer position or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or others.
  • A good understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Be an effective communicator and a strong team player.
