About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Regional Aftersales Manager to lead the Denza Aftersales operations in Australia. This position is based in our Sydney office located in Macquarie Park. This role is responsible for enhancing service quality, supporting our dealer network, and ensuring a seamless customer experience aligned with Denza's global standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, with a passion for driving continuous improvement in the aftersales ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Strengthen the overall quality and performance of Denza's aftersales operations across the dealer network and partner organizations.
- Collaborate with headquarters and regional teams to localize Denza's aftersales business strategy and ensure alignment with corporate direction.
- Engage and negotiate with partners, distributors, and stakeholders on all matters relating to aftersales operations.
- Coordinate with Warranty, Technical, Parts, and Customer Relations departments to ensure consistency in service delivery and process integration.
- Analyse dealer performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and retention trends, to identify areas for improvement.
- Drive business improvement initiatives in line with Denza's policies, procedures, and best practice standards.
- Support the development and implementation of aftersales policies and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Assess market personnel capabilities and provide guidance on skill development and knowledge enhancement.
- Collaborate with internal training teams to improve the technical and professional competencies of aftersales personnel.
- Monitor and evaluate aftersales key performance indicators (KPIs), targets, and profitability to ensure business sustainability.
- Review financial and operational reports to identify performance trends and improvement opportunities.
- Oversee parts logistics and dealer inventory management to ensure operational efficiency.
- Conduct dealer certification assessments and implement improvement measures where required.
Requirements
- Proven experience supporting Aftersales Operations and executing business objectives.
- Strong understanding of aftersales policies, procedures, and warranty management.
- Experience collaborating with dealers, distributors, and stakeholders to drive performance improvements.
- Ability to assess dealer network capabilities and implement training programs.
- Skilled in monitoring KPIs, targets, and operational performance to ensure service quality and profitability.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
