Do you love helping people and delivering exceptional service? InstantCosmetics, part of the Wesfarmers Health group, is seeking a motivated Cosmetic Support Officer to join our national support office team.

About the Role

In this role, you'll provide essential support to our nationwide team of approximately 700 nurses and 10 doctors, primarily focusing on nurses. You'll be the first point of contact for enquiries relating to orders, website/connection queries, promotional information, clinical guidance, and training requests. This is a fast-paced, role with a focus on customer satisfaction, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Deliver prompt and effective support to nurses and doctors.
  • Enhance client satisfaction through top-tier customer service at the initial point of contact.
  • Manage customer channels, including chat and ticketing systems, ensuring SLAs are met (chat acknowledgement within 3 mins; ticketing within 10 mins).
  • Follow up with suppliers to meet SLAs regarding purchase orders.
  • Provide basic connectivity support and troubleshoot website or system queries.
  • Support training initiatives, focusing on soft skills and basic technical guidance.
  • Actively participate in meetings, training sessions, and personal development programs to continually improve service quality.

About You

  • Has a customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Can handle occasional conflict and complex queries with professionalism.
  • Has experience in customer service, ideally within healthcare or cosmetics.
  • Demonstrates strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Works effectively both autonomously and within a collaborative team environment.
  • Is eager to learn and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Ideally has a nursing background or is currently studying nursing – this is highly regarded.
