Full-Time Permanent Position
We are excited to offer a Full-Time Permanent position for a Community Support Worker within our Community Living Support (CLS) Mental Health Program based in Bowral.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role you will be responsible for;
- Providing support to Participants in the mental health community outreach services, to improve their independence by assisting with living skills, transport, social activities, as well as other supports as required.
- Keeping customer records up to date using online systems.
- Developing and maintaining professional relationships with people, families, caregivers and key stakeholders.
- Completing risk assessments, support plans and other required documents in a timely manner.
- Working with people living with Mental Health issues.
What you will bring to the role:
- Qualification in Mental Health or Community Services, OR equivalent relevant experience in the human services industry.
- Demonstrated understanding of mental health issues affecting individuals, young people, families and communities.
- Experience in the mental health and community sector, with strong knowledge of services, Mental Health programs, NDIS and Understanding of Person-Centered Practices.
- Valid NSW Drivers C class license, with ability to drive vehicles in this license class.
- Valid First Aid Certificate, NDISWC, WWCC, Police Check or willingness to obtain prior to starting with us.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office experience.
